Actual products may vary in packaging, artwork, manufacturer seals, promotional items, bonus inclusions, ISBNs, release markings, or other manufacturer-supplied details due to regional editions, manufacturing revisions, or distributor updates.

Product Condition

Many of the products we sell, including books, manga, collectibles, figures, model kits, board games, and trading card products, are manufactured, packaged, and transported by third parties.

Minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging, such as light shelf wear, small corner bends, minor scratches, scuffs, printing variations, or other superficial imperfections that do not affect the functionality, readability, authenticity, or intended use of the product are not considered defects.

Some products may be supplied with broken, removed, or missing factory seals, shrink wrap, stickers, or other original manufacturer packaging. This may occur during manufacturing, distribution, customs inspection, or our own quality assurance process and does not indicate that the product is used, damaged, defective, or incomplete.

A broken or missing factory seal alone does not constitute product damage and is not grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.

Pre-Order Products

Products identified as Pre-Order are not currently in stock and will be shipped once they become available.

Estimated release dates and arrival dates are provided by manufacturers, publishers, licensors, or distributors and are estimates only. These dates may change without notice.

Sky Island is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, publishers, distributors, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other events outside of our reasonable control.

Manufacturers may change product packaging, artwork, bonus items, specifications, promotional materials, or release dates before shipment. Such changes do not constitute defects.

If a manufacturer or distributor cancels a product or allocates fewer units than ordered, we reserve the right to reduce allocations, cancel affected pre-orders, and issue refunds where fulfillment is not possible.

Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

Inventory levels displayed on the website may occasionally differ from actual stock due to simultaneous purchases, inventory updates, supplier availability, or technical issues.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse unusually large orders, or cancel orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
