Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Sky Island.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or other periods of high demand, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Sky Island is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at staff@skyisland.shop. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. While we will assist customers in locating delayed shipments when possible, Sky Island is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking indicates that your package has been lost, please contact us so we can assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible. If the contents are damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location. You will not be charged additional shipping costs for split shipments unless agreed otherwise.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order are not yet in stock and will ship once they become available.
Estimated release and shipping dates are provided by manufacturers, publishers, or distributors and are subject to change without notice. Delays outside of our control may occur, and such delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation, compensation, or claims against Sky Island.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment unless otherwise stated or a separate shipping option is selected during checkout.
If a pre-order product is cancelled by the manufacturer or distributor and cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and offered an appropriate refund or alternative where applicable.
